Job Summary
This role focuses on maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment in production processes, including the installation and repair of PLCs, HMIs, and motor drives. Essential responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, conducting food safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. To succeed, candidates must have over two years of relevant experience, strong diagnostic skills, and proficiency with specific tools and software. A trade school program completion or an associate degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial electrical/mechanical setting
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and motor control systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient with electrical multi-meters, megger insulation testers, and Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of a trade school program or Associate’s degree in a related field
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) applications in a facility environment
- Experience with thermoforming, laminating, or extrusion equipment
