Job Summary
Perform maintenance and reliability tasks on production and utility equipment to keep Johnsonville lines running, apply Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques to improve equipment performance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, participate in equipment upgrades and installations, work with engineers and production, gather data for preventative maintenance in SAP, and ensure compliance with Johnsonville, OSHA, and USDA standards to improve uptime and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Industrial maintenance experience required
- Experience in ammonia refrigeration, HVAC and steam generation (boiler) a plus
- Basic Electrical experience/understanding required (PLCs a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs, etc.
