Job Summary
Electro-Mechanical Technician for 1st shift at York, PA facility. Responsible for regular maintenance and inspections of facility machines, cleaning and reassembling components, and applying preventive measures to reduce risks. Requires analyzing mechanical/electrical issues, performing adjustments, testing equipment, and communicating findings. Includes on-call weekly rotation, adherence to safety policies, and supervision of maintenance trainees. Knowledge of electrical systems, basic hydraulics/pneumatics, and ability to read schematics/blueprints; proficient with metalworking tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) and wiring control panels. Associate degree or equivalent with up to five years’ related experience preferred; includes strong emphasis on problem solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
