Job Summary
Electro Mechanical Tech II responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance on precision manufacturing equipment. Performs services, repairs, adjustments, and tests on machinery; supports troubleshooting and operation; collaborates on preventive maintenance planning; identifies warning signs of equipment failure; maintains documentation and follows SOPs; ensures safety compliance and contributes to process-improvement initiatives. Requires knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, welding/fabrication, and ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings; capable of working independently and with teams. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in maintenance of a manufacturing environment preferred
- experience with automated production equipment a plus
