Electro-Mechanical Tech(Apprentice)

The EMT Apprentice is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training in the repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment. The role supports experienced technicians and supervisors while gaining practical experience and knowledge in a safety-conscious, quality-driven work environment. This position serves as the foundation for advancement within the electromechanical technician career path. Key responsibilities include strictly complying with safety policies, following QA standards during repair and inspection, assisting with repair and servicing of customer equipment under supervision, accurately documenting equipment failures and repair observations, participating in ongoing training and performance development programs, operating specialized repair and testing equipment after proper instruction and under supervision, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
