Job Summary
Repair and maintain AGVs by calibrating sensors, adjusting components, lubricating systems, and troubleshooting hydraulics and electrical circuitry from 5V to 480V. Complete preventative maintenance routines, document procedures, and create work orders in the asset management system. Respond to service calls to correct equipment failures, locate spare parts from inventory, and perform complex testing to ensure specifications are met. Mentor lower-level employees, lead onsite maintenance teams, and provide customer-facing training to operate equipment. This dayshift role at the Litzfield Park, AZ site requires occasional weekend work and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds each
- Able to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or vocational technical training
- Specialized skill training/certification
- Demonstrates a senior-level knowledge of a technical or specialty area
- Proven experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key tasks as presented above
- Ability to be customer facing while maintaining professional communications through email and in person conversations with onsite customer leadership, Dematic leadership, and technicians
- Responsible for leading projects, teams, and directing day to day operations and tasks to onsite maintenance team
