Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician II -- 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Safely troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, automated valves, PLCs, and control systems associated with production equipment. Perform preventive maintenance per OEM manuals, fabricate replacement parts, and modify equipment using shop tools. Actively participate in stopping unsafe conditions, demonstrate continuous improvement efforts through 5S and autonomous maintenance, and maintain records and documentation. Solve problems daily by working as an engaged team member, reading blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting, and developing process documentation and training materials. Available for after-hours call times and overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment in an industrial maintenance roll or similar
- Knowledge in electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work independently demonstrating strong technical knowledge and good communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Sound communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability
- Possess skills required to improvise and adapt where needed
- Analytical thinker, which utilizes data to drive decisions
- Strong team leadership and team work skills
- Associates Degree or High School Diploma and relevant experience required
- This position requires walking, sitting, or standing to a significant degree
- lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
