Job Summary
Support product quality and compliance by assisting with verification and validation of new or modified products and coordinating testing activities. Investigate and resolve quality issues through complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and contributing to corrective and preventive action plans. Maintain supplier quality records by conducting capability assessments, managing quality notifications, and tracking nonconformance reports. Administer quality management systems through document control and procedure maintenance while driving continuous improvement via process initiatives and performance monitoring. This office-based role in Murrysville, PA, requires full-time presence and general supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality setting
- familiar with SAP and quality inspection
- using calipers, micrometers, or height gauges
- strong computer literacy
- High School Diploma or GED
- self starter
- strong communication skills
- attention to detail
- successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
- US work authorization
