Job Summary
Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electronic components of machinery and equipment. Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. Follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications. Replace AC/DC motors. Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of the construction, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated circuitry and controls associated with unique projects.
- Must have PLC and DC drive experience including troubleshooting.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical industrial equipment.
- The ability to troubleshoot AC and DC, digital and analog drives from 1/3 to 100 horsepower is required.
