Job Summary
Assemble, rework, and test electronic and electro-mechanical products, including wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and final assembly operations. Interpret schematics and blueprints using hand tools, measurement devices, and test equipment to meet quality and production standards. Support production efficiency, troubleshooting, process improvements, and engineering initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety, IPC, and quality standards. Complete documentation, inventory transactions, and work orders in Oracle/Agile systems while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and leadership teams. This role requires hands-on manufacturing experience with electronic components and proficiency in reading technical drawings.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments involving electronic or electro-mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions while using hand tools, soldering equipment, and measurement devices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced team environment
