Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician

Perform SMT and through-hole soldering, including fine-pitch component assembly and rework using magnification equipment. Assemble electro-mechanical products, subassemblies, and complete box-build systems while building, routing, terminating, and labeling wires, cables, and harnesses according to specifications. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and engineering change orders. Inspect assemblies and components for quality, functionality, and compliance with production standards. Prepare materials by cutting, stripping, labeling, and organizing components for assembly. Maintain accurate workmanship, adhere to quality and safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized.
