Job Summary
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler (Solderer) is responsible for working as a team member to complete required work in cells while adhering to policies and procedures including the Quality Management System and safety guidelines. The role involves completing production records, logging material traceability, and stamping operations as complete only when all requirements are satisfied. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on electro-mechanical assembly experience, certified soldering skills, and the ability to use hand tools. Proficiency in working with small assemblies and mechanical/electrical testing is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing hands-on electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Certified soldering skills per J-STD/NASA
- Able to work using a microscope
- Ability to use hand tools and read measuring tools
- Ability to perform mechanical/electrical testing on products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with small, detailed assemblies
- Previous experience working in a Class 100,000 and Class 10,000 cleanroom
