Job Summary
Responsible for accurate electro-mechanical assembly of electrical/mechanical products by following assembly procedures, process plans, and company policies. Reads and interprets process plans, specifications, procedures, prints; solders electrical components onto circuit boards; assembles small precision parts; participates in continuous improvement; operates computers/software to test assemblies and document results; provides warranty, rework and repair as directed; maintains time reporting and accurate manufacturing/inspection records; adheres to quality and safety requirements; works in a shop environment with some lifting (up to 20 lbs); 1st or 2nd shift; benefits include competitive compensation, work-life balance, career growth, collaborative culture, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
