Job Summary
Assemble, rework, and test assemblies, subassemblies, components, products, or systems by reading work orders and following production drawings. Perform troubleshooting and module swapping to repair products, then position and align parts in jigs or fixtures. Secure components using screws, soldering, or press fits, and mount items like transformers and integrated circuits onto printed circuit boards. Install finished assemblies into cases and attach hardware such as caps and switches. Conduct network go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts meet production specifications. Requires high school diploma, one to three years of electronics manufacturing experience, and solid practical skills with common tools. Shift runs 11:30am to 8:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Solid communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Must have solid practical skills in electronics manufacturing and the ability to use common tools
- Understanding of assembly process
- High school diploma or general education degree
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education or training
- Sitting: Over 70%
- Standing: Over 70%
- Walking: Over 70%
- Lift/Carry: Over 70% and 30+ lbs
- Fine Motor Movements: Over 70%
- Depth Perception: Over 70%
- Color Vision: Over 70%
