Job Summary
Seeking an Electro Mechanic with 10 years of experience in manufacturing and mechanical maintenance, particularly in the food industry. Responsibilities include troubleshooting automation and controls systems (DCS, PLC’s, HMI’s), installing and configuring HMIs, and conducting independent work. Strong electrical design knowledge and mechanical skills required. Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure effective communication is essential. Bilingual candidates and those with Solid Works experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of work experience in Manufacturing as a Controls Technician or an Electro mechanic
- 10 years of work experience in Mechanical maintenance of Food packaging Machinery
- Thorough knowledge of electrical design and engineering techniques
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and complete projects on time and on budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Food Manufacturing environment required
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual / Spanish is a plus
- Experience with Solid Works is preferable
- High level of mechanical knowledge in fabrication and welding
