Job Summary
Electromechanic responsible for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems in a production facility. Will work hands-on with production equipment, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, support morning startup, perform fabrication, welding (TIG) and modifications, participate in equipment upgrades, and maintain a clean, organized plant environment while following food safety and workplace safety standards. Requires DEP in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics (Quebec), minimum 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 50 lb, climb, kneel, stand for long periods, and ability to work overtime; basic software knowledge for maintenance documentation; strong communication and teamwork skills; relocation assistance not available.
Required Qualifications
- D.E.P. en électromécanique ou en mécanique industrielle (ou équivalent québécois)
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
- À l’aise avec les tâches physiques : soulever (jusqu’à 50 lb), grimper, s’agenouiller, rester debout pendant de longues périodes
- Connaissances de base en informatique pour la documentation de maintenance
