Job Summary
Electromechanic to maintain and improve the mechanical, electrical and automated systems powering our Chambly, QC facility. responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, supporting morning production startup, carrying out fabrication and welding tasks, participating in equipment upgrades, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in line with food-safety standards. Requires a DEP in electromechanics or industrial mechanics (or Quebec equivalent), or similar, and a minimum of 2 years’ industrial/manufacturing experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, kneel, and work overtime as needed; basic software knowledge for maintenance documentation; strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- D.E.P. en électromécanique ou en mécanique industrielle (ou équivalent québécois)
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must be 18 years or older
- Capacité à travailler en hauteur et flexibilité pour faire des heures supplémentaires, les fins de semaine ou les jours fériés avec préavis
