Job Summary
Electrical Commercial Wireman position responsible for hands-on installation and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial/industrial projects. Key duties include following detailed layouts, installing branch circuitry and conduits (EMT, rigid, PVC 1”–4”), bending and installing conduit, wiring fixtures and terminations, interpreting wiring diagrams, performing wire pulls and terminations up to 4” conduit, understanding lighting controls, grounding, transformer installations, and NEC compliance. Mentoring apprentices, prioritizing craftsmanship, and ensuring safety and quality as part of a collaborative team with opportunities for career growth through an apprenticeship program and leadership development. Requires 4+ years of experience, high school diploma or GED, drug screening, references, valid license and transportation, and basic tools. Preferred: apprenticeship/trade-school training and OSHA-10 or electrical certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a mandatory drug screening
- Must provide two professional references
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must own basic personal tools of the trade
