Job Summary
Maintain all electrical equipment throughout the property by responding to daily work orders, performing routine inspections to identify hazards, taking readings, and repairing issues as needed. Wire equipment for convention exhibits and special events while coordinating and installing new electrical equipment or wiring. Ensure adherence to OSHA safety policies and maintain logs for conformance with established standards. Keep an adequate supply of materials for efficient job performance. Assist other engineers and mechanics with repairs and handle day-to-day electrical operations. This Level 4 Gaming Licensed position requires five years of related experience, electrical certification, and the ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 pounds in a casino environment.
Required Qualifications

- Level 4 Gaming License
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations
- Ability to successfully pass a color blindness test to distinguish color
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Occupationally significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, in-plant training and on-the-job training preferred
- Appropriate electrical certification preferred
