Electrician

Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance under supervision; troubleshoot electrical systems using test equipment and problem-solving skills; replace faulty components (relays, switches, transformers, detectors) and wiring; observe equipment to determine needs for adjustment or replacement; replace defective breakers, switches, fuses, and wiring; install wiring, feeders, and sub-boxes following electrical code and blueprints; complete work/time/material usage reports; read/write and follow oral/written instructions; supervise students or temporary workers as needed.
