Job Summary
Install and set electrical switchgear, panels, controllers, wireways, and trays with speed and precision in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. Rapidly interpret electrical drawings and schematics to maintain production flow, execute conduit and wiring installations on modular chiller systems, and perform high and low voltage terminations. Construct electrical supports and troubleshoot tools, welders, and grinders to prevent bottlenecks while sourcing replacement parts to ensure continuous production. Work Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime regularly scheduled at our Jacksonville, FL or Fort Worth, TX fabrication facilities.

- Must be able to provide immediate troubleshooting of electrical tools, welders, and grinders
- Must be able to source and procure replacement electrical parts
- Must be able to work at high pace while maintaining quality standards
- Must have understanding of throughput goals and assembly line efficiency
- Must have meticulous attention to detail in fast-moving environments
- Must be able to solve problems decisively under time pressure
- Must have excellent communication skills to coordinate with production team in real-time
- Must have exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple units simultaneously
- Must be able to prioritize tasks to meet aggressive production deadlines
- Must be able to work out of our facilities in Jacksonville, FL or Fort Worth, TX
- Must be able to work overtime regularly
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise level in the work environment and job sites
