Required Qualifications

• •Must be able to maintain organized electrical tool room
• •Must be able to provide immediate troubleshooting of electrical tools, welders, and grinders
• •Must be able to source and procure replacement electrical parts
• •Must be able to work at high pace while maintaining quality standards
• •Must have understanding of throughput goals and assembly line efficiency
• •Must have meticulous attention to detail in fast-moving environments
• •Must be able to solve problems decisively under time pressure
• •Must have excellent communication skills to coordinate with production team in real-time
• •Must have exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple units simultaneously
• •Must be able to prioritize tasks to meet aggressive production deadlines
• •Must be able to work out of our facilities in Jacksonville, FL or Fort Worth, TX
• •Must be able to work overtime regularly
• •Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• •Must be able to tolerate exposure to fumes or airborne particles
• •Must be able to tolerate exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration
• •Must be able to tolerate exposure to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites
• •Must be able to tolerate loud noise level in the work environment and job sites
