Job Summary
Electrician Specialist, Maintenance position responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment, conduits, wiring, and fixtures across the campus. Perform electrical preventive maintenance, read electrical meters monthly, manage light maintenance, support Unity campus projects, assist with moving outlets/switches, and participate in on-call rotations including snow removal. Requires OSHA safety compliance, basic computer data entry in an electronic time management system, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Not remote. Requires high school diploma or GED (preferred), 2+ years vocational/technical training or relevant experience, and possible journeyman license. Valid driver’s license required for company/personal vehicle use. Signing bonus of $3,000 is offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required
- Minimum of two years of vocational or technical school or employment with a commercial electrical company
- Electrical journeyman license a plus
- Five years’ experience preferred in industrial/commercial electrical trade
- Valid Drivers’ license – this position requires operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle for company use
