Electrician - Social Housing

Electrician for social housing across the Crawley area; perform routine electrical repairs, installations, and upgrades in both occupied and void properties; ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and meets high safety and quality standards. Install and maintain electrical systems including lighting, sockets, distribution boards, heating systems, and fire alarms. Respond to tenant-reported faults promptly with strong customer service. Work in void properties to prepare them for re-letting with full electrical compliance; maintain health and safety compliance at all times. Collaborate with other trades as part of a wider property maintenance team; communicate professionally with tenants and uphold a respectful demeanour in residents' homes. This role requires NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, 18th Edition (BS7671), City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395, domestic electrical experience, and a valid UK driving licence.
