Job Summary
Conduct routine testing of electrical services equipment and repairs in customer homes. Undergo responsive repairs and works within planned teams, adhering to IEE wiring regulations and SNG's established standard procedures. Estimate, requisition, and recommend necessary materials and spares to ensure satisfactory repairs and maintenance. Record and report on the status and condition of electrical services equipment via periodic inspection sheets and minor works/installation certificates. This full-time role involves time on the road, with a van and fuel card provided for business travel.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant and up to date qualifications
- Experience within a similar role
- NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (BS7671)
- City & Guild 2391 Electrical Test/Inspect
- Full and current driving licence
- Minimum of 1 years' experience with driving licence
- Satisfactory licence check
- Essential qualifications check
- Basic DBS check
