Job Summary
Repair and maintain residential electrical systems, including weather heads, meter bases, outdoor disconnects, panels, breakers, outlets, and controls. Diagnose and resolve electrical problems using diagnostic equipment while reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Collaborate with team members to execute installations and maintenance tasks in accordance with the National Electrical Code. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients, explaining issues, and recommending solutions. Complete work orders, inspection reports, and all required documentation accurately. Earn an hourly base plus commission with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Residential electrical experience
- Thorough knowledge of Residential Electrical Services, Panels, and Grounding Systems, with the ability to install these systems independently
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problemāsolving skills
- Confident āinātheāmomentā decisionāmaking ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
