Electrician

Conduct reactive and remedial electrical works across domestic properties, including power, lighting, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and heating systems. Diagnose faults, complete repairs, and perform inspection, testing, and certification such as Minor Installation Certificates and Electrical Installation Condition Reports. Collaborate with housing and maintenance teams to coordinate access and deliver work right first time while maintaining high health and safety standards through risk report reviews. Operate under a flexible 3 shift pattern (Mon-Fri) with an on-call allowance of £205 per call out and time and a half overtime pay.
