Electrician Senior Intermediate (III) - Night Shift

Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical systems and production equipment including MCCs, motors, inverters, PLCs, and robotics to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Lead and execute preventive and condition maintenance activities while developing detailed job plans and updating electrical schematics. Identify, diagnose, and repair complex issues impacting safety, quality, or productivity, providing root-cause information to leadership. Support projects involving equipment installation, upgrades, and reliability improvements. Mentor Electrician Intermediate (II) employees and assist Advanced and Master team members with advanced installations. Perform work on an 8-hour non-rotating night shift starting in the PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of Electrician Intermediate (II) requirements (DOS)
- Previous electrical experience
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in advanced electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with PLC hardware and industrial control systems
Desired Qualifications
- 3-4 years of electrical experience in manufacturing
- Industrial electrical certification or technical school coursework
- Advanced training in PLCs, VFDs, robotics, or automation
