Job Summary
Electrician (Second Shift) at Morton Salt in Rittman, OH. Install and maintain electrical equipment, including conduit installation, wire sizing, wiring, and installation of control equipment; align and install motors and generators; service electrical generating equipment, power transmission lines, substations, distribution centers, and switchgear across voltages from 69 kV down. Maintain and repair robots/electronic equipment, read electrical blueprints/diagrams, and troubleshoot using up-to-date electrical knowledge. Instructs workers and ensures work complies with National Electric Code; maintains tools and keeps the work area clean. Monday–Friday second shift with weekend overtime as needed; on-site, with ability to perform other related duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Journeyman certification or equivalent training/experience
