Job Summary
Perform electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services throughout Seabrook Island Club properties, including buildings, member amenities, and residential-style accommodations. Diagnose electrical issues for lighting, outlets, switches, panels, wiring, and fixtures, then complete repairs or installations as noted on daily work orders. Assist with renovations, upgrades, and improvement projects while inspecting components to identify potential issues before failures occur. Ensure all work adheres to safety codes, Club standards, and applicable regulations. Maintain a valid SC driver's license and ability to work at heights, carry heavy loads, and operate in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience in residential, hospitality, or facilities maintenance environments
- Proficient at trouble-shooting/problem solving a variety of situations through schooling or on the job training
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must maintain a valid SC driver's license
- Requires ability to work at a 16-foot height
- Carry up to 50 pounds
- Lift, push, pull, stand, bend, kneel, and crawl for extended periods of time
- Requires the ability to work inside or outside in moderate and extreme temperatures and weather
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision
