Job Summary
Conduct predetermined electrical audits within agreed timelines, inspecting installations for safety and compliance using CTS's digital platform. Input findings into the company's bespoke mobile application while occasionally planning independent work across multiple regional contracts. Provide support to other auditors and handle technical inquiries regarding Electrical Installation Condition Reports. Ensure all activities adhere to legislative requirements, best practices, and company policies. This part-time, day-shift role covers Reading and surrounding areas for CORGI Technical Services, offering opportunities for additional work based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Time-served electrical qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent) - 5+ years
- 18th Edition (City & Guilds 2382-18 or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent with practical testing experience
- Own vehicle suitable for work, along with necessary tools and equipment
- Required insurances (e.g., Public Liability £5 MIL)
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Up-to-date knowledge of compliance and legislation
- Strong focus on quality of work and safety
- Located in and willing to cover Reading and the surrounding areas
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
