Electrician – Residential, Light Commercial & System Sales

Job Summary
Perform electrical installations, repairs, service upgrades, panel changeouts, and troubleshooting across residential, new construction, and light commercial settings. Conduct sales consultations for upgraded electrical systems, whole-home rewires, and commercial changeovers, presenting options to customers. Install and service standby generators, assist with solar hookups and interconnections, and support HVAC installs with required electrical work. Ensure all tasks comply with California electrical code and industry standards while maintaining a clean work area. Collaborate with HVAC and installation teams for smooth project execution. Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of electrical experience
- residential electrical experience
- Ability to sell electrical upgrades, generator systems, panel replacements, and new installs
- Experience with Generac or similar backup generators
- Experience with solar electrical hookups / interconnections
- Experience with commercial service changes / changeovers
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Knowledge of California electrical codes
- Knowledge of permitting processes
- Valid CA driver's license
- Clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
