Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems, troubleshoot wiring and panels, and inspect components to ensure code compliance. Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance while accurately documenting work using company software. Mentor Apprentice Electricians as needed. Requires valid driver's license, residential electrical experience, and applicable state licenses. Full-time role with five or four-day work schedules, no Sunday shifts, and optional power hours. Includes company vehicle, fuel card, and dispatch.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Residential electrical experience
- Applicable state and local electrical licenses
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use mobile technology for documentation and invoicing
