Electrician

Electrician at National Power responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment for customers. Reads schematics/blueprints to assess job needs and may follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to travel up to 50% and work independently while maintaining safety and customer relationships. Duties include on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance; overseeing electrical services and testing; troubleshooting; forecasting future labor and material requirements; updating project drawings and reports; advising on equipment upgrades; and ensuring NEC compliance. Strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and ability to update documentation. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of commercial electrical installation experience. Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required. Remote position with travel; position may involve working away from home.
