Electrician - Multi-Family

Electrician - Multi-Family is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems on residential and commercial construction projects. The role requires interpreting blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and configuration of electrical systems; installing and maintaining electrical equipment and building infrastructure to industry standards; testing systems for functionality and safety; inspecting installations and troubleshooting issues; adhering to national, state, and local codes (e.g., NEC) and safety policies; coordinating with contractors, HVAC/plumbing trades, and project teams to ensure project integration; mentoring apprentices and co-workers in safe practices and technical skills; managing materials, tools, and inventory; and representing the company professionally at job sites. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, proven experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include reading comprehension of written material, completion of an apprentice or technical program, and proficiency with MS Office Suite, Procore, and Fieldwire or similar software. The position operates on a schedule of Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm with flexibility for job changes and requires work in local job sites located in or around Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
