Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Electrician responsible for maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems in tenanted properties. Key duties include repairing and replacing electrical accessories, inspecting and certifying installations, fault diagnosis, and completing electrical works independently or as part of a team. Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations, City & Guilds 18th Edition, and previous experience in domestic or social housing.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (including AM2)
- City & Guilds 18th Edition
- Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent (2394/2395)
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- Previous domestic, social housing experience

Additional Requirements
- Candidates must have the entitlement to work within the UK
- Must be aged over 21 to drive a Mears vehicle and held licence for over 3 months with less than 9 points
