Job Summary
Develop, operate, and maintain all electrical systems while ensuring facility event coverage for shows. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, fire, HVAC, plumbing, and cosmetic projects including painting and carpentry. Troubleshoot electrical problems, monitor inventory, and operate computerized fire alarm and lighting systems. Pull, run, and terminate cables while adhering to OSHA, NFPA, and Legends Global safety codes. Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and snowplows to assist with snow removal. Requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of apprenticeship program or trade school
- 2-4 years related journeyman level experience and/or training
- Current driver's license
- Must be familiar with blueprints and local building codes
- Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours
- Must have knowledge of safe operation of all tools required to perform necessary job functions
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2-4 years related journeyman level experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Possession of Electrical license is highly desirable
- Commercial electrical experience
- Must have working knowledge of computers and extensive knowledge of building electrical codes
