Job Summary
Wire 480V 3-phase power systems, troubleshoot controls, relays, and PLC logic, and repair industrial mechanical systems including photo eyes, conveyors, gearboxes, and production equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance on charts, data, and servos while reading wire diagrams, product manuals, and mechanical drawings for hydraulics and pneumatics. Use plasma cutters and Mig welders to fix motors, pumps, valves, and cylinders. Requires 2-3 years of electro-mechanical automation experience with strong PLC troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Allen Bradley systems, and ability to work independently in a 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday shift.

- Ability to read product manuals and mechanical drawings
- 2-3 years of Electro-Mechanical Automation System Installation & Troubleshooting Experience
- An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes; motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems
- A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- A strong PLC trouble shooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude
- Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings
- Must be fully computer literate with Microsoft environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner
- Ability to work various shifts / overtime / days per week
- Use Plasma cutter and Mig welders
- 5-7 years Industrial/manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of programming and electrical/controls required/PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred)
- Familiarity with servos and robotics
