Electrician

Diagnose, fault find, test, repair, and maintain electrical installations in domestic and communal properties, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Carry out installations, alterations, upgrades, inspections, and full rewires across responsive repairs, voids, kitchens and bathrooms, major works, and Lampton Homes. Interpret technical drawings and manage workloads to deliver projects safely and within target timescales. Complete all required certification and documentation, including EICRs and Minor Works Certificates, while adhering to Health & Safety legislation and asbestos awareness requirements. Work independently or as part of a team, responding to emergency call-outs and adapting to changing priorities. Provide excellent customer service in residents' homes and support apprentices by sharing knowledge and promoting best practice.
