Electrician - Journeyman preferred

Installation, modification and repair of automated industrial control equipment; design, plan, install and maintain industrial control equipment and instrumentation such as loop controller, variable frequency drives, solid state reduced voltage starters, level controls, ethernet motor controls, belt scales, and control panels; thorough understanding of electrical systems; install, troubleshoot and repair electric motors and equipment (120, 240 and 480V); knowledge of basic hand tools and machine shop equipment; use of electrical test equipment for production equipment repairs; complete preventive maintenance tasks and document work; contact vendors to source replacement components; may drive a pickup truck or maintenance vehicle to pick up parts; must be able to work overtime; strong machine electrical background; ability to read electrical prints and mechanical/electrical prints; safety practices including MSHA, lockout/tagout and NFPA 70E; excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to work in adverse conditions and in various environments; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform in heights up to 150 feet.
