Job Summary
Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, appliances, machinery, and circuits across campus facilities, including systems for buildings and grounds. Troubleshoot electrical issues to perform timely repairs and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation. Complete all work in compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized environment. Maintain a valid driver's license and five years of electrical experience. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of electrical experience
- Valid Electrician license and/or completion of an accredited electrician certification program
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to meet and maintain the physical requirements of the position
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
