Job Summary
Prioritize safety by completing Job Hazard Analyses and work area inspections before executing daily electrical and instrumentation maintenance. Perform preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial systems, including substations, PLCs, drives, and process control equipment. Calibrate field instrumentation and document all activities within maintenance management systems while adhering to NFPA 70 and NEC standards. Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency troubleshooting to minimize operational downtime. Collaborate with operations and reliability teams to improve equipment uptime and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on plant safety and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent industrial electrical experience
- Three to seven years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Experience supporting cement plant, mining, aggregates or heavy industrial operations
- Technical training in electrical systems, instrumentation or industrial automation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work safely in fast-paced industrial environments
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of equipment reliability
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Desired Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent industrial electrical experience preferred
- Three to seven years of industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred
