Job Summary
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical power and control systems while installing, repairing, and upgrading electrical equipment and wiring. Oversee motors, starters, relays, limit switches, and control components, and support maintenance of generators, emergency power systems, UPS, battery systems, switchgear, and transformers. Read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local electrical codes. Supervise electricians and coordinate field activities in active facilities. Requires a Journeyman Electrician License (Maryland or transferable) and 5+ years of experience with high-voltage systems (480V+). Onsite in Bethesda, Maryland; may require night, weekend, or holiday shifts. Salary ranges from $100K to $160K.

- Journeyman Electrician License (Maryland or transferable)
- 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
- Experience with high-voltage systems (480V+)
- Experience with generators, switchgear, and power distribution systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Onsite position in Bethesda, Maryland
- May require occasional night, weekend, or holiday shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in commercial, campus, or healthcare facilities is a strong plus
