Electrician III-Atlantic Health-Full Time

Install, connect, test, and sustain organization-wide electrical systems for climate control, security, and communications. Figure layouts and prepare sketches showing wiring locations to ensure concealed installation before walls and ceilings are finished. Measure, cut, and assemble electrical conduit using specialized tools, then pull wiring through and splice terminals with proper insulation and grounding. Repair faulty equipment, cut and weld steel structural members, and observe installed systems to detect hazards requiring adjustments or replacement. Maintain compliance with local electrical codes while minimizing material waste and avoiding hazardous wiring. Assist with facility tasks as needed and perform other related duties assigned by management.
