Job Summary
Electrician Helper to support electrical maintenance and installation in an industrial manufacturing setting. Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems; troubleshoot panels, conduits, wiring, motors, sensors, and control devices; pull wire, conduit bending, and panel terminations under supervision; perform preventive maintenance and document work in CMMS; adhere to LOTO, confined-space, and electrical safety procedures; maintain clean work area and assist with equipment startups/shutdowns; collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations to minimize downtime. Requires high school diploma or technical electricity certification, 2+ years of experience in industrial or GMP environments, bilingual Spanish/English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred OSHA 10/30 General Industry certification; GMP/pharma exposure; basics of PLC panels, VFDs, instrumentation wiring. Skills: electrical wiring, conduit installation, panel support, use of multimeters and meggers, LOTO compliance; strong attention to detail, safety mindset, teamwork, and ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
