Job Summary
Maintain and repair electrical systems throughout the park, including lighting, facility systems, and ride components. Perform inspections, troubleshoot, and repair electrical work on rides, control systems, computers, and PLCs. Install conduit and wiring, clean equipment, maintain controls and motors, and modify electronic systems to ensure safety and efficiency. Review technical documents, blueprints, and schematics to support maintenance and rehabilitation work. Prepare daily work records, downtime logs, and modification forms. Work various shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree (2-year College or Tech School)
- 3 - 5 Years Related Experience
- At Least 18 Years of Age
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and platforms
- Ability to read electrical schematics, charts, diagrams, and blue prints
- Ability to identify electrical wires by color
- Complex Problem Solving Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Ability to interpret the National Electrical Code and apply safe work installations
- Ability to perform some electrical construction when necessary
- Must have valid driver's license
