Job Summary
Underground conduit, trenching, and risers while reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, 2D shop drawings, and 3D models. Install electrical panels, circuit breakers, transformers, switches, outlets, and lighting systems, plus power and control cables, conduits, and raceways. Perform electrical troubleshooting, grounding, bonding, and emergency power system maintenance, ensuring all work complies with local codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineers and other trades during installation and commissioning, document maintenance activities, and follow lockout/tagout procedures. Manage material requisitions and inspect components for hazards or code violations.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical certification and schooling
- Electricians training card
- State certified journeyman
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Willingness to improve and contribute to continuous improvement by providing ideas and feedback to manager
- Ability to work independently and as part of an evolving team
