Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, apparatuses, and control components for stationary engines, gas turbines, and generators. Diagnose malfunctions in transformers, motors, and relays to take corrective measures. Install wire and conduit, terminate wiring, and replace faulty components or electric motor bearings. Align, adjust, and calibrate devices according to specifications while maintaining records of repairs and tests. Read technical manuals, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and prepare work orders. Comply with all plant safety, regulatory, and EHS procedures. Work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required. 100% travel is mandatory. Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shifts is required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Engineering Degree in Electrical Technology
- 3 years of experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants
- 3 years of experience in Petro-Chemical industries
- Willing to work 12 hours on Day or Night Shift
- 100% travel is required
- Ability and willingness to work holidays
- Ability and willingness to work weekends
- Ability and willingness to work overtime
