Job Summary
Assist with installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fiber optic infrastructure, including reading blueprints, using hand and power tools safely, and performing troubleshooting. Follow all company and job-site safety procedures while working collaboratively with crew members and supervisors in physically demanding outdoor environments. Work early mornings, extended hours, and outdoor shifts in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat. Valid driver's license, basic knowledge of electrical or fiber optic installation, and previous apprenticeship experience are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 3 citations within the last 3 years
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team environment
- Previous electrical or fiber optic apprenticeship experience
- Experience working outdoors on construction or utility crews
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of electrical or fiber optic installation preferred
- Familiarity with cable installation and troubleshooting
