Job Summary
Experienced Electrician in Facilities Management responsible for ensuring proper functioning of hospital electrical systems through preventative maintenance, repair, and installation of new electrical systems. Duties include inspecting and testing electrical lighting, circuits, panels, generators and related equipment; replacing faulty components; wiring, conduit work, and mounting of equipment; enforcing safety and emergency power testing programs; and performing general maintenance tasks as needed across hospital facilities. Requires 3 years of electrician experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and licensure as an electrician. Shift is 2:30pm–11:00pm (2nd shift) with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
