Job Summary
Ensure proper operation of electrical and electronic equipment in production units by performing maintenance, repair, and installation of machine points and factory electrical installations. Participate in regular maintenance, facility improvements, and modernization projects. Collaborate with other departments to resolve failures during the production process. Work three rotating shifts (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) five days a week while maintaining accuracy under pressure. This role is within the Electrical Maintenance Department at DS Smith's Sindos Industrial Area factory in Thessaloniki, supporting global sustainable packaging solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Professional License of Electrical Engineer A' Specialty
- Availability of working five days a week (Monday-Friday), in three shifts (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience — relevant (less than 3 years in the subject or graduate of Electrical School), enough (more than 3 years will be positively counted)
- Good knowledge of English and computer use (will count positively)
- Knowledge of automation and/or PLC programming will be considered an additional qualification
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, with dedication to accuracy and detail
- Team spirit, willingness for continuous learning and development
